White House Black Market Halter Dress. It's a small Med size.

New w/tags. Purchased for an event and never wore. Elegant but a bit sexy. The hem is cut at an angle, which adds to the style. Would be comfortable to wear as it has a double layer of knit top to bottom; good quality and not a thin knit. It's a small medium. Arm pit to arm pit is 16" and middle/ waist is approx 17". A larger 4 to 6 size.
