Gorgeous White House Black Market dress. Can wear as halter or it looks like you can remove the tie and wear strapless (see photos). Size 2P. White, tan, peach, teal, green pattern. High low hem. See photos for measurements. About 13” at high waist, 14” flat at bust but has boning in bodice so doesn’t lie flat. Zip back. 100% polyester, hand wash. I hate to give it up but I can’t zip it at 34DDD, 125 lbs for 5’4”. Worn once for 3 hours. Perfect for a summer event!
