White House Black Market Hi-Lo Layered Tank

Reposhing this item I purchased from @6ftofthunder. Ordered several black tanks for a suit. Decided not to wear this one. This is a lovely hi-lo, two-layer, slightly shaped poly-chiffon tank. It has a wide, rounded-square neckline with a higher neck rounded back. The fabric is flat, not shiny. The top is lined with a 100% poly knit (thin t-shirt) and has the bottom ruffle layer attached. The top layer is the 95% rayon/5% spandex 'chiffon'. This tank is not sheer at all. The color is dark black.
