I have several jackets in the style from WHBM, and love them. With this specific fabric is there any stretch?

@chrisssooo some material like the tweed has no “give” at the shoulders, most of the blazers do. With this having some texture or the appearance, I was wondering if the fabric was more stiff/or had some give. I have broad shoulders but smaller waist, my WHBM are size 4, in the tweed I have to size up. I hope this helps! The jacket is very pretty!!
