Pretty dress by White House Black Market. It is black with a deep V neckline. There is a wide colorful band of fabric at the neckline in pink, white, gray and burgundy. There is more of this decoration around the hem/bottom of the dress. It is a size small. The measurements are (lying flat) bust 18 inches, waist is 13.5 inches and the length of skirt from waist to hem is 23 inches. The sleeves are 19 inches. Overall length from shoulder to hem is 39 in. Excellent used condition.
