White House Black Market NWT Women's Plaid skirt

Not your usual plaid skirt: this has a faux black leather waistband with two zippered front pockets, outlined in same black leather-look. Pattern is mostly black with white and tan accents. Size 4. Measures approximately 19 1/2 inches from top of waistband to bottom of front hem.
