WHBM black and white plaid dress. Perfect holiday dress with a cardigan. New with a vintage pin up style. The strap can easily be removed with buttons. Size 14. I pinched the back in for pictures to shown how it looks fitted. Bust line accentuates it it has pleats, and it holds up bust especially if you keep the strap on halter style. New never worn.
