White House Black Market Plaid Tulip Skirt | WHBM

Plaid low waisted tulip pencil skirt with subtle glitter thread details. It's a cool-toned brown color with plaid that looks similar to a Prince of Wales pattern. It has a side zipper that's missing its clasp/the hook that goes above the zipper but otherwise it functions just fine. There's mild pilling on the back. Sadly it fits slightly too big for me!
