White House Black Market Purple and Black colorful sleeveless dress, V neckline with tiers on the skirt. Size XS but I would say a Small as well. Runs to above knees and is flirty yet classy. Fitted but stretchy waistline, lined for soft comfort. There are small cuts on one of the tiers, you cant really see them unless you look because of the busy fabric and multiple tiers.
