The dress can be either strapless or with straps. This dress is elegant and sexy to whomever wears it. I’ll post a photo of the only time I’ve worn it, so you can see it on someone :) The dress has a sheer layer with a built in slip. It comes with built in support, incase you don’t want to wear a bra.
