White House Black Market Strapless Dress - Size 2

This black and white floral chiffon dress is the epitome of adorable. it is lined in black silk and the chiffon swishing around your legs makes you feel classy and beautiful. It has a white rose motif and a sweetheart neckline. This is one of my favorite dresses of all time, it just doesn’t fit anymore. It is in excellent condition, but could use a eye and hook at the top.
