Black WHBM sleeveless dress with lace overlay on top that fades into a-line flare skirt. Detachable belt and can be worn with or without. Belt loops intact. Skirt has pockets and falls like a taffeta drape. Secure button at inside shoulder to secure bra in place. Very good condition. Size 10 but runs a bit small - will fit a size 6/8 well.
