Has elastic around the top to ensure the dress stays in place Darts in breast area allow for a range of bust sizes Removable straps still attached The dress has a small slit in the back at the legs Mid length zipper which is hidden Does not have a belt, when I ourxhased- I did not get a belt and only just realize there is a very small hoop for where a belt could go. Can easily remove the loop without notice
