White House Black Market dress

Beautiful dress, worn once! Has 2 small loops for a skinny belt but could be cut off too. Zipper and hook/eye closures all work. No stains. Double lined. Stored in a garment bag, will ship in bag. Fitted through body but not tight and looser through skirt. Hits just above knee
