White House Black Market dress

This is a nice three-quarter length sleeve dress with a built-in liner. It is a nice thick and forgiving material. The layers add a little something to the way it lays. It measures about 37 inches long and about 19 inches across the chest at the smallest point in the waist measures about 16 inches across. It is a stretchy material so you have a little room, but I would say it fits more like an 8 than a 10.
