White House Black Market fit and flare, sleeveless dress, size 4

This is a really beautiful dress with pockets, pleated skirt, satin lining, princess seams and a tule lace slip to add fullness. It doesn’t come with a belt but I provided 2 pics showing how it looks with belts. These belts will be listed in my closet on a later date. It is in perfect condition, no holes, tears or stains. Approximate measurements: chest 17”, waist 15”, length from waist to hem 22” and from shoulder to hem 37”. Smoke/pet free home.
