White House Black Market jacket

This is a very pretty jacket/blazer. The material is very soft with a bit of a sheen. 95% cotton. Elastic at the waist and ties. Lots of special detailing. This has been sitting in my closet forever… I don’t think I have ever worn it. Excellent condition!
