Stunning WHBM Suit- but so much more. Thos jacket is super cute with a white tee and jeans and the skirt works just as well with a white shirt or black top.The ruffle on the skirt is a tiny bit higher over the left knee making it a fun and flirty outfit. The jacket ruffle is perfect and looks just as nice unbuttoned or buttoned (button closure is mid way) This is a great outfit and SOOOO versatile! Size 00 (could fit up to a size 2 easily) My daughter wore it as a 26 waist
