White House Black Market peasant dress

This dress is a classic. It can easily be dressed down for brunch or up for a fancy night out. The outer layer is completely see-through with tan/white polka dots and black soft textured polka dots on top. However, it is fully lined with a black slip underneath. The slip straps are held in place with snaps at the top and also sewn into the waist band. It is hard to see the detail of the waist band, however it is a 2 in elastic stitching that matches the ruffled cuffs and neckline. The skirt is roughly 16 inches from the bottom of the waistband to the hem.
