White House Black Market silk floral tie-neck top

This feminine blouse is black with a taupe floral print. It ties at the neck, and looks beautiful tied in a bow or just a simple knot. It is gathered at the bottom, which gives it a blousy effect without having to tuck it in. The shell is 100% silk, and lining is a satiny polyester. It is in great condition. Minimal makeup staining on the inside tag but not visible when wearing. (see pic 3). Dry clean only. 38"bust
