White House Black Market utility skirt with tie belt, beige/tan. Button-up front (buttons are fully functional) with detachable tie belt, front pockets, and back pockets. Soft material, 97% cotton / 3% spandex. Size 4 but runs a full size larger - fits like size 6. (I wear size 6 and had to size down to the 4.) 17” long from top of waistband. Smoke-free home.
