This is a beautiful black velvet dress Blazer from White House/Black market is small a double zero measurements in photos . It has such beautiful details like silver buttons , ruffled collar, silver buttons on the pockets . Gathered in the back with 2 silver buttons . Slits at the end of the sleeves and so soft ! So very dressy and like new I would say this is an extra small .
