White House l Black Market New with tags floral long sleeved dress 8

It is such a pretty black with flowers dress that is new with tags and was $160 . It has kind of bell sleeves that have black openwork above the bell part and has the same openwork down the front center. There is a zipper in the back and a V opening above that. It is fully lined except the sleeves. It says petite but I guess that depends on how tall you are.
