White House/Black Market Strapless Cocktail Dress

This is a really pretty dress from White House/Black Market. I wore it once to a formal and got many compliments. I am 5/7'' and it hits me right at the knee. It is sleeveless, black and white with a floral background and has lace. The zipper is on the side and I would say it fits mostly true to size as I am usually a size 4/6 on top and it fit perfectly. I would say whatever your size is up top go with that as the skirt is an A-line at the waist.
