Gabby - I am very, very unhappy with the Ellie Tahari rain jacket I purchased from you in November! I just picked it up at the dry cleaners 2 days ago and it is permantely wrinkled! They advise me that you must have washed it or done something to cause it the fabric to fail. There is nothing that can be done. I'm out the money I paid for it and the dry cleaning fee. I've contacted Posmark Support. They tell me it's too late to do anything about it.
