leaks1 @carrigan1412 this goes down past your waist not sure how tall you are? But I am 5 foot 5 and it is long down to my knees. Like I said however you want to wear it in my ad... I wouldn't call it a sweater or certainly not a shrug. A overlayer to dress up or down 😉
