Size: 39 is a small Italian Neck: 15 1/2 Sleeve: 25” (from shoulder cap to end of sleeve) I have long arms, usually need a 37 sleeve, and the shirt always fit perfectly…until my chest and back size grew. It fits like a true slim fit. I love this shirt and sad it doesn’t fit me anymore. Maybe it will make you happy. 😊
