White Layered Tulle Skirt, White elastic top band, Brand New Never Worn

Gorgeous true white layered tulle skirt from Etsy. The volume and movement on it is fantastic. I was going to wear it for my wedding but had issues matching whites. Please note that some of the images that have the black elastic top are from etsy seller, this one has WHITE top band as pictured in the image of the skirt hanging from the door frame that has garland. This top band is elastic and has hook and eye fastenings so you could probably pretty easily adjust to take it either in or out if it's not an exact fit. Price open to negotiation.
