White & Navy Top with Front Tie

🥰 Adorable striped button-down with a front tie! Originally bought from Francesca's. This top has a cute side slit which can be seen in the photos. The front is slightly cropped so I usually wore this with high-waisted jeans. Sleeves can be buttoned up to 3/4 length!
