White Peplum Strapless Dress

This dress is like new being very lightly worn. Great for cocktails, parties, and other fancy festivities. Beautifully structured fabric and a lovely white/cream color. NOTE: This dress is a SIZE 3, not a 2. I had to select an even number for the listing. My apologies if this size is slightly larger then expected. Happy to negotiate the price!
