Elegant white blouse with pintucking and navy buttons. Delicate ruffle collar. 100% cotton. Comes with belt loopholes which can easily be removed (I never wore a belt with this, but a navy ribbon would be lovely). Looks beautiful with a skirt or trousers for work and adds a touch of femininity to a blazer. In excellent condition except for a minuscule spot near the hem, about the size of a speck of pepper as shown in last picture. Only visible up close. Measurements: 16" Pit to Pit 23.5" Length

seastronger It is a pretty thin material. You can't see through it clearly but I think I would wear a white tank underneath so you can't totally see the outline of your bra, etc. Does that help? Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
