White Pleated Flowy Dress

The most gorgeous dress I’ve never owned! Sadly it doesn’t fit anymore! Wonderful quality with a weight to it. Very flowy and twirly. Color is between a white and a cream. Would be great as a city hall wedding dress! I also have the same dress in cobalt blue, checking out my other listing for that!
