joanbrandenburg @mjsnewstuffalex I am still having trouble breathing, but that is no excuse. I completely forgot about the measurements. Here they are though. Without stretching out the waist, it is 14 3/4 inches across, which would be 29 1/2 inches around. If I stretch out the waist, it is 19 inches across or 38 inches around. Since you have been so patient, if you want the skirt, I will reduce the price to $5. please let me know, so I can change the price.
