Very lightweight, almost sheer fabric - perfect for the summer. Roomy and airy. Fabric is 100% rayon, made in Bali. There is elastic at the wrists. The bottom of the blouse does not have elastic, but it has a tie that you can tighten to create more of a bubble / blouse yet look and the ends of the tie have shells attached. The front of the blouse has a lace effect but in reality it cannot be tightened or loosened. In excellent condition – no areas of wear to note.
