The entire collar is trimmed in a beautiful delicate French lace that is attached by hand faggoted stitching (a high-end feature). The short puff sleeves have a matching lace. The bodice has rows and rows of vertical hand-stitched tiny pin tucks that fall into soft pleats down the skirt.
