White Ruffled Cinched Dress

This dress is awesome. The bottom hits just below the knee. It's light and flowy. The sleeves can be worn over your shoulders or more lower shoulder, depending on personal preference. She's really cool. I was going to wear her to the Greek Festival in Winston-Salem, but it rained all day so I didn't go. So she is basically brand new. Opa!
