White Semi-Formal Midi Dress: V-Neck, Surplice Cut, Adjustable Straps

This is a white midi dress from Express. The neckline is a V-neck with adjustable thin straps. The skirt is midi with a surplice/wrap cut with a little bit of ruching, and a slight high-low difference between the front and back of the dress. Although there are no tags, the dress is brand new, never worn. The style is very classy and elegant, but the thin straps and V-neck keep it cute and not too frumpy!
