White Sheer Blouse with Black + Navy Blue Design, White House Black Market Small

Sheer white short sleeve/ cap sleeve blouse from White House Black Market. Swirls are a dark blue and black so it’s perfect to match with either color. The top is definitely sheer so best worn with a tank underneath. Nice and lite weight to be worn on its own or under a sweater or jacket. Unfortunately I cut the tags off so I included some measurement photos. Worn a few times but no tears, stains, snags, etc.
