White Shift Dress

Loose shift dress from Tobi. Straps at the top can worn different ways and has a low back. It’s pretty short, so it is can be worn as a dress on people under 5’2, but also could be good as a beach/boat coverup or a tunic shirt. Great for spring / summer or tropical weather!
