This Baby Girl's Smocked Heirloom Dress is by Feltman Brothers Fine Children's Clothing. The sweet dress has an all white base done in a poly/cotton blend for easy care. A super sweet Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a delicate white French vintage lace. The bodice is fully smocked in a wide lattice design with red embroidery at each intersection. An embroidered green and red Chevron border sits where the smocking and gathers of the skirt join. Four horizontal pintucks adorn the bottom of the skirt. Short puff sleeves are banded with a half inch hem. Upper button back and yoke. Matching diaper cover/bloomer is also included, having an elastic waist and legs with a ruffled hem. New With Tags!
