This Bright White Smocked Girl's Dress in size 12 is Heavenly! This Dress makes a statement being done in all white with a peplum/ruffled collar. The semi-sheer collar has a scalloped hem with embroidered white roses at each curved intersections. The tips of the scalloped hem collar have embroidered clusters of white flowers accented with silver mirrored seed beads. The semi-sheer cotton blend fabric sits atop a white liner creating a wispy silhouette. The entire bodice is smocked with a tight accordion smocking and has a white embroidered lattice design atop the smocking. The waist has a smaller lattice design and a scalloped upper border and a zig-zag bottom border. The scalloped border has matching white floral embroidery with silver seed beads. White rosettes and matching floral clusters are spaced evenly across the waist smocking. The arm openings have a matching piping trim.
