This Feltman Brother White Smocked Bishop is not only adorable but elegant! The crisp white base has a rounded neckline with a matching white piping. The smocking at the neckline and shoulders is done in green embroidery with red borders. The bottom of the smocking is trimmed in a Chevron style embroidered border. Red bullion rosebuds are placed evenly within the lattice design smocking. The short puff sleeves gather with elastic and have a white lattice smocking with a ruffle hem. At the bottom of the skirt are more beautiful hand-embroidered red bullion rosebuds with green leaves, placed in between two horizontal pin tuck rows. Upper back button and loop closure.
