This Heirloom White Smocked Bishop Dress by Feltman Brothers is Heavenly Sweet! The all white cotton blend dress has gorgeous embroidery detailing in the smocking around the neckline. A sweet lattice design is done in a light pink embroidery. Clusters of pink flowers with white centers and green leaves are embroidered on top of the lattice design. A petite pink embroidered bow sits at the base of each bouquet. The puff sleeves gather and are trimmed with a matching white piping then finished off with a delicate white french lace. The bottom of the skirt is adorned with 3 horizontal rows of pin tucks and the hem is trimmed in more French lace. The back has a 2- button & loop closure. Beautiful dress for little Flower Girls.
