Hi, Euro 38 is usually a US 6; is this dress very tight that it is marked 00?

@sb1971 Yes. It really is a 00. it's not unreasonably tight though, it's a fit dress. I am selling it because I really don't like the long sleeves. If you are petite and generally wear size 00 or P, it should fit you just the right amount. :)
