@lilysouth1 bust is around 32 inch, the dress has an elastic waist band and the is very flowy at the bottom. the hip size would be around 43 inch

The under arm to under arm is 13 inches front and 13 inches back (so 26 inches if you measure around the dress)
The waist is 22 inches unstretched (can stretch to 36 inches since it has an elastic waist)
The length of the dress is around 46 inches long. (Maxi dress)
