White Swiss Dot Smocked Dress w/Flutter Sleeve

Gorgeous flutter sleeve smocked dress. Fits true to size. Only worn once. There is a small stain on the front that I noticed when taking pictures. Not super noticeable from a distance and I didn't try to get it out. Comes from a smoke/pet free home. Let me know if you have any questions. :)
