White Textured 3/4 Sleeve Short Dress

It's a white dress that has textures stripes on it. It has 3/4 length sleeves and is relatively short. It fits medium, but has an elastic waist band that could accommodate a bigger size. It is a skater style skirt that hits me mid thigh and I'm 5'3.
