White Thin Puff Vest

One of my all time favorite vests! White quilted outer lining with a thin layer of polyester filling. Two side pockets snap shot. Snaps at bottom and collar. Wear collar all the way snapped or open. This is so cute over thermals or any long sleeves. I love that it’s a thinner “puffer” vest so it doesn’t feel huge. Can be worn more sportier or for an outing. VGUC with some discoloring around bottom zipper and both pockets (see pics). Medium but fits a little smaller. Small medium to small
