13" flat waist, 25" length Classic easy-wearing vintage white skirt, pleated from the waist, zipper closure hidden under pleating & button, poly rayon blend fabric. Fabric is really nice & wrinkle resistant, has a slight slubby affect which looks interesting but subtle. Really great piece for the retro classic wardrobe, very comfortable. Excellent condition.
