The neckline is trimmed in a delicate French white lace. The front button placket has sweet petite pearlized buttons sewn with pink threading ( an added touch). Sweet pink rosebuds with green leaves adorn the border of petite lattice style smocking at the front of the dress. The hand-embroidered bullion rosebuds are placed above and below a Chevron border done in white embroidery ( a unique embroidery design for Feltman) A sweet bow done in white piping finishes the look just above the top button.The short puff sleeves gather to make a ruffled edge.
